Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@madeyourmark.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely! Exchanges are free. Simply contact us and we'll get the right size shipped out to you.

Sizing

How do your items fit?

Our items are designed with a relaxed, comfortable fit. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in both inches and centimeters.

Orders

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at support@madeyourmark.com.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our website using your order number.

What materials do you use?

We use premium quality fabrics including heavyweight cotton, fleece blends, and performance materials. Full fabric details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my MadeYourMark clothing?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Iron inside out on low heat. Full care instructions are on the label of each garment.
